""As a long-time type 1 diabetic, going out for perhaps weekly 30+ miles rides needs something to help maintain my blood sugar levels. 1 litre of PSP is easy to carry and does the job perfectly. As well as maintaining blood sugar levels, it also gives me a bit of an energy boost. It tastes good, but it can be a bit sticky"

"SIS PSP22 Lemon flavour - I always use this drink in my Camelbak. Made up as per instructions, tastes good and keeps you going. As John says it is very sticky if spilt."
