We work 9-5 Monday to Friday and so please bear with us if you email us over the weekend. We deal with any issue about an order - whether you want to make one or you have made one. However, we do not provide technical advice about products.

Placing an Order Over The Phone
The best place to make your order is online. It’s the fastest and most secure way to place your order. However, if you want to place your order over the phone this is no problem. Please just email us with what you would like to order and a number to call you back on. We will then give you a ring back during office hours and collect the details we need to get your order moving as quickly as possible. Every product on the website has a ‘Product Ref’ located just below it’s title, if you provide this in your email it will help us log the right product and allow us to check stock before we call.
