Fawkes Cycles is an independent retailer based in Oldham, UK. - With more than 30 years of experience in the cycle industry, we realise how important it is to move with the times and so in 2009 we launched our website Fawkes-Cycles.co.uk and began developing our friendly and personal service online. Our website offers all types of cycling parts and accessories, clothing and footwear from many of the sports leading brands - all with fast mainland UK delivery, and the option to ship worldwide.

To underpin this we have a dedicated mail-order infrastructure to make your purchase and delivery as simple and straightforward as possible, and dedicated customer service staff to make sure there is someone here to help who is only a phone call away.

Our Warehouse

As a mail-order business we don't have a shop you can visit and all purchases must be made on line.

Our main warehouse is located centrally and is an ideal location for quick delivery throughout the UK, and we offer a wide range of delivery and collection options to suit everyone - all just a click away.

    Returns & Warranty

    We want you to be happy with your purchases, but if you are not pleased do not hesitate to contact us directly via email: guy@fawkes-cycles.co.uk

    Faulty Items/Warranty Returns

    All goods supplied by Fawkes Cycles Limited are from official sources and are covered by the normal manufacturer' warranty. If an item has failed prematurely you should first contact our team at guy@fawkes-cycles.co.uk  to be advised on the next steps you take. All return items must have a completed warranty form detailing the problem/fault. Warranty forms can be downloaded below. Certain products need to be returned to our suppliers for inspection and possible repair before a credit can be issued

    If you suspect an item is faulty you must let us know as soon as the fault becomes noticeable to yourself and you must not continue to use the item.

    Due to health and safety regulations, we request all used clothing to be washed prior to returning back to us. Fill out the returns form and send the goods back to us, click here to print the returns form.

    Once we receive the goods and completed returns form they will be inspected and our customer services team will contact you within 48 hours of receiving the goods to inform you of how to proceed.

    Conditions of Return

    If you simply change your mind about an item/s or if it does not fit then you can still return it to us within 90 days of purchase. All returns that are not faulty must be returned unused; any returns that are used and are not faulty will not be eligible for a refund. There will also be a charge for sending the item back to you. click here to print the returns form.

    International Returns

    To help us deal with your return to us quickly and efficiently you must mark all returns as RETURNED GOODS - FAILED SALE. For customers outside the EU this must be clearly marked on the customs information document (CN22 and/ or CN 23) on the outside of the packaging. Failure to do so may result in the goods being refused at customs in the UK and so being returned to the sender.

    Returning goods on which duty has been paid

    If you have paid import duty for goods received, and subsequently return the goods to us, it should be possible for you to claim a refund of duties from your local Customs Authority. To do this, you will need to show them proof of duty paid and proof of export (e.g. certificate of posting) when claiming your refund.

    Returning Personalised Products

    We will not be able to accept any returns on products that have been personalised. This excludes faulty items which can be returned in line with our standard faulty item return policy.

    Who pays the postage cost for returns/warranty items?

    If an item is being returned to us because it is the wrong size/colour or just unwanted then it is up to you to cover the returns postage. Please ensure items are returned with adequate insurance up to the total value of item/items being returned, in case the parcel is lost or damaged in transit. If you do not use a postage service with adequate insurance for returned goods you will not receive a refund if items are lost or damaged.

    For items that have been delivered faulty or develop a fault within the manufacturer's warranty, you will be advised of the freepost returns service available for return of the faulty item. Under no circumstances will Fawkes Cycles Limited be liable for the cost of any return service used without prior authorisation.

    If items returned to us are deemed not to be covered by their manufacturer's warranty then you will be re-charged the cost of the returning the item to you.
